Purchase Orders

All purchase orders need to be made out to WEA at:

All purchase orders should be sent via fax to 508-629-5966.

Types of Orders

New Release
Orders for new release product will ship via ground transportation, to arrive by street date. The number of days prior to street date, to accommodate your particular business needs, will be arranged in advance with your sales representative.

Catalog
On-hand, available product for catalog orders will ship via ground transportation in accord with WEA service commitments (see below)*. When an order is placed, it will typically be shipped within two business days or as specified by a future delivery date. A future delivery order cannot be more than 30 days in advance.

Value Adds and Special Handling
Orders requiring special marking, compliance labeling, customer pickups with notifications, additional packaging, or other one-off services may ship outside standard order turnaround times.

Pricing/Payment Terms/Freight

Contact your Time Life sales representative for product cost/pricing. All Special Markets orders are sold on a one-way basis. Standard terms are net 60 days. Shipping terms are FOB (free on board) destination and the shipping address is Aurora, IL 60504.

Order Receipt and Verification

For shipment verification and receiving purposes, each order is shipped with a packing list. Carton labels include the following information:

Carton Label

UPC Code
2. Barcode
3. Artist & Title
4. Box Qty

Shipping Label
1. Item Number – This can be modified to include your SKU Number
2. Customer Purchase Order Number
3. Each carton is numbered based on total cartons shipped

Payment Methods and How to Order from Time Life

Pre-Pay Method
Time Life will accept various forms of pre-payment. We accept VISA, MasterCard, cashier’s checks, and personal checks.

To get product this way you will need to fax your PO (purchase order) with credit card payment form or a photocopy of the check along with your state resale certificate to: 508-629-5966. Please contact Zulfan Bakri (Zulfan.Bakri@timelife.com) to confirm product order.

Please allow one week for delivery if the product is in stock.

If you order a product that is on backorder, our operations personnel will contact you with an approximate ship date. You can confirm availability with us first to prevent this from happening.

Credit Screened Method
The Credit Screened Method is by far the easiest way to order from Time Life. Potential customers should fill out the WEA Distribution Credit packet. This must be submitted to Zulfan Bakri by e-mail or faxed to
703-663-4632. Credit checks can take up to 2-3 weeks to process. Please mention if you want a specific credit limit during this time.

Once credit has been established, all you have to do is fax your PO to: 508-629-5966 and it will be processed within 48 hours of receipt. E-mails will not be accepted. Please allow one week for delivery if the product is in stock.

You shall not engage in any of the following practices:

Assuming inventory is in stock, box quantity orders received and qualified will ship no later than 2 business days from receipt of the order. Loose orders received and qualified will ship no later than 3 business days from receipt of the order.

Notification: If we are unable to fill your order due to a shortage of inventory or a lack of materials to complete the order, you will be notified by e-mail or phone and provided with an estimated ship/delivery date.
